Allowlist and Blocklist in Filters#47

Allowing and Blocking unwanted categories in filters like
1) one wants to see domain list of all domains in all extensions besides .com or
2) wanted to see domains from all Registrars besides Godaddy and Dynadot or
3) domains from all of your Groups besides 2 other groups.
