Allow redirecting domains to any lander or URL#1

• Use Dan, Sedo, GoDaddy, or Afternic landers with Domain.io nameservers
• Use A records to point landers at custom hosting
• SSL Redirect to any URL using {domain} placeholder, e.g. namemarkets.com/{domain}

This feature is the sole reason I haven’t created a subscription yet. I need to be able to do this.

We have added redirect to any URL, individually by domain and bulk for your entire account. Full DNS/A records are coming soon.
